Our Man in Hanoi is a personal blog that I set up in 2004 when I first came to Hanoi to work as a VSO Volunteer at KOTO.

In many ways the success of the blog in assisting me in fundraising has been my inspiration ever since in spreading the word of  social media and benefits to business and non profits alike.

If the original blog (pre a break in Nicaragua, Newcastle and Cameroon) was all about KOTO work then, since my return in 2009, it has been ressurected to diary a more gentle Hanoi life in this city that I love and have made my home.
